All giveaway merchandise and promotional purchases are subject to Dallas Auto Empire LLC's return policy. If an eligible purchase is returned before the winner is selected, all associated entries will be void.

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Canada (excluding Quebec). The Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Quebec, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering this Promotion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dallas Auto Empire LLC ("Sponsor"). These Official Rules include limitations of liability, mandatory arbitration, and a waiver of class action rights.

ELIGIBILITY

The Dallas Auto Empire Vehicle Giveaway ("Promotion") is open only to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or Canada (excluding Quebec);

• Hold a valid driver's license; and

• Have reached the legal age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent) of the Sponsor, as well as anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on July 15, 2026, and ends on Sep 5, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Central Time.

The Sponsor's computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

Option 1 – Purchase Entry

Eligible entries may be received by making a qualifying purchase through the Sponsor's official website during the Promotion Period.

Purchases must be completed before 11:59:59 PM Central Time on Sep 5, 2026.

If a qualifying purchase is refunded or returned before the drawing, all entries associated with that purchase will be void.

Option 2 – Free Mail-In Entry

To receive one (1) free entry without making a purchase:

On a plain 3" x 5" index card, handwrite the following information:

• Full Name

• Street Address

• City, State/Province, ZIP or Postal Code

• Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Email Address

• Daytime Telephone Number

On the reverse side of the card, handwrite at least twenty (20) words completing the following sentence:

"I want to win the Dallas Auto Empire Vehicle Giveaway because..."

Mail your completed entry in a standard #10 envelope with first-class postage to:

Rules for mail-in entries:

• One (1) entry per envelope.

• Bulk mailings will not be accepted.

• Entries must be handwritten.

• No photocopies, mechanical reproductions, or metered mail.

• Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before August 22, 2026 and received within the Sponsor's designated acceptance period.

• All submitted materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted after the Promotion Period has ended.

The drawing may be broadcast live through the Sponsor's official social media channels.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided with their entry.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within the required time, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

SCAM WARNING

Dallas Auto Empire LLC will never require payment, banking information, or credit card information to claim a prize.

Official communications will come only from Dallas Auto Empire LLC using the contact information provided on the winner's entry.

Prize winnings may be subject to IRS reporting requirements. Any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the prize package described in the applicable giveaway announcement or promotional listing.

If a cash alternative is offered, it shall be awarded solely at the Sponsor's discretion.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize will be disclosed in the official giveaway listing.

The prize package is awarded as a single prize and may not be divided unless expressly authorized by the Sponsor.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor:

• Winner is responsible for all taxes.

• Winner is responsible for title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, and any other ownership expenses.

• Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise approved by the Sponsor.

• Failure to claim the prize may result in forfeiture.

• All prizes are awarded AS IS, without warranties from the Sponsor.

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

• Winner must provide proof of a valid driver's license and legally required insurance before taking possession of any street-legal vehicle.

If required by law, the Sponsor will issue applicable tax reporting forms, including IRS Form 1099 for United States winners.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Dallas Auto Empire LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, subsidiaries, advertising partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Acceptance of a prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries;

• Technical failures or internet interruptions;

• Computer, network, or website malfunctions;

• Human error;

• Fraudulent submissions;

• Events beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and conduct a fair drawing from all eligible entries received before termination.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law.

Any dispute arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

Arbitration shall take place in Dallas County, Texas.

Participants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration.

Before commencing arbitration, each party agrees to provide written notice of the dispute and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the arbitrator may award only actual damages.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent information, or attempts to undermine the integrity of the Promotion.

Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Only the number of prizes expressly stated in these Official Rules will be awarded.

All decisions made by Dallas Auto Empire LLC regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules and administration of the Promotion are final and binding.
